Our Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for booking and participating in any activity with Canawi ATV Tour.

Booking & Payment

  • All tours must be booked in advance online, by phone, or in person.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • Prices are listed in [local currency/USD] and may vary based on tour type, group size, and add-ons.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee
  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
  • In case of bad weather or safety concerns, Canawi reserves the right to cancel or reschedule. Guests may choose a full refund or a new date.

Health & Safety

  • All guests must complete a waiver form before participating in any activity.
  • Participants must be in good physical condition and must follow all safety instructions from the guide.
  • Canawi reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or anyone who poses a safety risk to themselves or others.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

  • ATV drivers must be at least 16 years old. Younger guests may ride as passengers if space permits.
  • Boat tours are open to all ages, but children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • All participants must wear the required safety gear, which will be provided.

Arrival & Late Policy

  • Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled tour time.
  • Late arrivals may shorten your tour or result in cancellation without refund.

Photography & Media Use

  • By joining a Canawi tour, you agree that your photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

Liability

  • Canawi ATV Tour is not responsible for injuries, lost belongings, or damage caused by reckless behavior or failure to follow instructions.
  • Participation is at your own risk.
