Adventure Participation Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By participating in any tour, ride, or activity provided by Canawi ATV Tour, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that ATV riding, boat tours, and related activities carry inherent risks of injury, property damage, or death.

I voluntarily assume all such risks and release Canawi ATV Tour, its staff, partners, and affiliates from any liability arising from my participation.

I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate and will follow all safety instructions provided by the guides.

I agree to wear the required safety gear and operate any equipment responsibly.

I understand that participation is at my own risk, and I accept full responsibility for my actions.
